* make fpga_version_info.c phony and delete it on 'make clean'
* wait for transfer to complete before returning from FpgaSendCommand()
* log correct tag times in iclass simulation
* shorten pulse from TC1 to TC0 in StartCountSspClk()
* shorten ssp_frame pulse in fpga/hi_reader.v
* some reformatting and whitespace fixes
* code deduplication. Use functions from iso15693.c
* speedup CodeIso15693AsReader()
* invert reader command coding. 0 now means 'unmodulated' ( = field on)
* decode SOF only as a valid tag response in Handle15693SamplesFromTag()
* complete decoding of EOF in Handle15693SamplesFromTag()
* determine and write correct times to trace
* FPGA-change: generate shorter frame signal to allow proper sync in StartCountSspClk()
* modify StartCountSspClk() for 16bit SSC transfers
* whitespace in util.c
* add specific LogTrace_ISO15693() with scaled down duration. Modify cmdhflist.c accordingly.
* allow 'hf 15 raw' with single byte commands
* check for buffer overflow, card timeout and single SOF in 'hf 15 raw'
* added ISO15693 coding for tag messages (CodeIso15693AsTag())
* added ISO15693 decoding for reader commands (Handle15693SampleFromReader())
* send tag inventory response in either high or low speed
* some refactoring and formatting
TC1 counts the number of TC0 overflows (carry bits).
In random conditions TC1 would return or stay at zero,
instead of counting up. This due to the behavior of the
reset signal.
SAM7S Series Datasheet, 33.5.6 Trigger:
Regardless of the trigger used, it will be taken into account
at the following active edge of the selected clock. This means
that the counter value can be read differently from zero just
after a trigger, especially when a low frequency signal is
selected as the clock.
The new code first prepares TC1 and asserts TC1 trigger and
then prepares TC0 and asserts TC0 trigger. The TC0 start-up
will reset TC1.
This makes the PM3 generate pseudo-random nonces rather than sequential
nonces, to make it act a bit more like a "real" MFC card. A reader would
otherwise be able to detect the PM3 probing based on the predictable nonces
and throw different authentication challenges (or refuse to authenticate at
all).
The code includes an implementation of a rand-like function (prand), similar
to the one from libc, which is seeded automatically based on the time it
takes between the PM3 starting up and the first call to the RNG.
This isn't cryptographically random, but should be "good enough" to be able
to evade basic detection.
Add target to make fpga_compressor when client is not yet compiled.
Get version information and cache it when client starts (avoids clearing
BigBuf when calling hw version).
Add some comments and remove debugging printouts.
Add version info and ChangeLog in modified zlib.
- fixed a circular buffer rollover bug in iso14443a.c
- fixed 7 Byte UID handling in hf mf sniff
- fixed "cannot append" error in hf mf sniff d
- fixed hint on mfkey32 in hf mf sim x
- fixed hf mf sniff sometimes showing rogue data from previous calloc
- improve snooping/sniffing by syncing modulation detector window with reader signal (hi_iso14443a.v)
- code cleanup of hi_iso14443a.v
- enhanced tracing: hf 14a list now shows meaningful timing information. With new option f it also shows the frame delay times (fdt)
- small fix for hf 14b list - it used to run into the trace trailer
- hf 14a sim now obeys iso14443 timing (fdt of 1172 or 1234 resp.)
Note: you need to flash FPGA as well.

- PM: used GetCountMifare in MifareNested() for improved timing accuracy and to deliver better quality nonces
- PM: MifareNested now delivers exactly two different nonces to avoid time consuming multiple lfsr_recovery32() on client side
- Client: replaced quicksort by bucketsort in crapto1.c which is faster
- Client: use multithreading (two parallel calls to lfsr_recovery32())
- Client: fixed a small bug in mfnested() (always showed trgkey=0)
- Client: introduced a mutex for PrintAndLog() to avoid interlaced printing
Minor rework of hf mf chk:
- Avoid time consuming off/on cycles. Send a "halt" instead.
2. emulator commands select, authenticate, read block, write block works
3. nested authentication - not working (maybe next release)
4. small bugfixes
5. mifare1ksim - in alpha state!!! code not so clear!!!
1. commands changed from "hf 14a" to "hf mf"
2. some code cleaning and small bugfixes
3. alpha version hf mf sim
4. added internal function GetTickCount() for time measuring

Use perl to create the version information (thereby re-creating the perl dependency and adding an svn dependency) but fall back in case of missing perl or svn
It is identical to the popular 20081211, with the doob addition (20090301), a
linux client, and two additional commands for LF analysis. Let me know if
you find issues here!
