Found where we potentially are setting a new poster path, looks like the entity was being modified and being set as Tracked by entity framework, so the next time we called SaveChangesAsync() it would save the new posterpath on the entity.

Changed the API for movie requests so we only need to pass the ID to approve/Deny

#1460 looks like the permissions issue has been resolved. Just need to make sure the Ombi process is terminated.
...
Also fixed that we were not sending email notifications to users when something was available.
