ISO15693 device side improvements (#652) 
* ISO15693 device side improvements
* increase accuracy by doubling the sample frequency (hi_read_rx_xcorr.v)
* adjust armsrc/iso15693.c and client/cmdhf15.c accordingly
* use more accurate approximation for sqrt(ci^2 + cq^2)
* improve EOF detection (was often mistaken for Logic0, resulting in "error, uneven octet! (extra bits!)")
* hi_read_r_xcorr.v: avoid overflows during accumulation and truncation
* explicitely cast unsigned ADC samples to signed

09ffd16ee2 - fix: ensure that FpgaDownloadAndGo() is always called before requesting 
any memory from BigBuf[]. This is required because FpgaDownloadAndGo() might
  allocate, use, and free most of BigBuf[] when decompressing FPGA configs.
- cleanup: remove rests of deprecated "end of trace markers" (0x44)

3fe4ff4f03 CHG: generic code clean up. Removal of commented code. 
CHG: USB_CMD_DATA_SIZE is now used as maxsize for transfer of data between client and pm3device
CHG: suggested a fix for the underscore problem in ioclass\fileutils.c

I have kept whatever copyright notices exist. Please add your own
copyright notice if you have made any nontrivial changes or additions to
the code. There are several files without any attribution, currently.

15c4dc5ace Clean up line endings, switch everything to LF instead of CRLF 
Doing this for bootrom and armsrc for now. If you're using Windows,
please configure your editor for LF line endings.

6658905f18 Initial commit for the firmware. Used the 20090306_ela version as baseline. 
It is identical to the popular 20081211, with the doob addition (20090301), a
linux client, and two additional commands for LF analysis. Let me know if
you find issues here!
