Add support for standard USB Smartcard Readers (#765) 
* add PCSC interface (pcsc.c and pcsc.h)
* new command 'sc select' to choose an USB Smartcard Reader
* updated CI/.travis.yml accordingly
* remove TCK CRC check in i2c.c It is done in PrintATR() anyway
* Fix TCK CRC check in PrintATR()
* Add PCSC reader support to 'sc info'

* create fpga version info at compile time (by additional functionality in fpgacompress)
* remove hw version caching (prepare USB reconnect)
* fix calculation of available compressed bytes in fpga_loader.c

USB comms: part 4 towards @micolous PR #463 
* make uart_communication(), storeCommand() and getCommand() static in comms.c
* move receiver thread creation and respective mutexes to comms.c
* add mutex and signal for tx buffer
* use comms.c for flasher as well
* remove comm functions from client/proxmark3.h
* this completes isolating all USB communication related functions in comms.c
* don't assume a port to be defined by a name. Change parameter in OpenProxmark() to void*
* comms.c: set sp and serial_port_name to NULL when offline

rework of GetFromBigBuf() (#597) 
* this should fix crashes reported in issue #497
* don't allow receiver thread to write directly into arbitrary main thread's memory
* instead use cmdBuffer[] for CMD_DOWNLOADED_RAW_ADC_SAMPLES_125K as well
* add timeout and warning options to GetFromBigBuf(), same as in WaitForResponseTimeoutW()
* move GetFromBigBuf() from data.c to comms.c
* remove data.c and data.h

8e074056ac also delete *.bin and fpga_compressor when "make clean". 
Add target to make fpga_compressor when client is not yet compiled.
Get version information and cache it when client starts (avoids clearing
BigBuf when calling hw version).
Add some comments and remove debugging printouts.
Add version info and ChangeLog in modified zlib.

2bdd68c370 unify/refactor hw tune and data tune 
- unified hw tune and Enio's great data tune
- don't use BigBuf (and hardcoded Offset)
- removed special handling of CMD_MEASURED_ANTENNA_TUNING
  in UsbCommandReceived()

4f269f63da Added more informations at command hw version. Now we can get some informations of microcontroller. 
Maybe is useful when someone got a bigger AT91

7fe9b0b742 Client cleanup and restructuring. Stage 1... 
Next Step is refactoring some of the giant functions which are
just copy/paste of some other ones with just a few line changes,
removing unnecessary 'goto' etc.

The MS Windows version is broken with this commit but will be fixed
soon. Everything can't be done all at once :P

The commands are now hierarchical, for example:
"hf 14a read" vs. "hf 14b read".
You can also request help:
"hf help", "data help", "hf 15 help" etc.

Indents are now space-based, not tab-based anymore. Hopefully
no one will be trolling about it, considering the suicide-prone work
being done here ;)
