backend:
askman and askraw demods merged into askdemod (args adjusted
accordingly)
re-arranged lfdemod.h in alphabetical order and by category

front end:
data detectclock a (ask) now also reports the selected best start
position for demod
data manrawdecode takes an invert arg now
