Emv commands work with smartcard interface (RfidResearchGroup PR67 by @Merlokk) (#743)

* replace 'hf emv' commands by 'emv' commands
* Enable smartcard commands by default (-DWITH_SMARTCARD)
* update i2c.c from RfidResearchGroup repository
* update smartcard.c from RfidResearchGroup repository
