add tracing functions (#784)

* add trace buffer for PCSC smartcard readers
* new option 'p' in 'hf list' to select PCSC trace buffer
* 'sc list' now supports PCSC smartcard readers
* add 'hf list 14-4' for ISO 14443-4 protocol
