emv/sc fixes and modifications: (#780)
* print selected Smartcard Reader in PrintChannel() * implement 'sc sel <readername>'. Readername can include wildcards * and ? * fixing EMV APDU exchange (again) * use EMVExchangeEx() instead of EMVExchange() in fidocore.c
