Enables analysis on functions with variables (#1021)

* Add Graph Options to enable analysis with variables

* Remove debugging call to GetAllowKeyGraphFeaturesForFunctionsWithParameters()

* Updated the variable analysis logic to use the UpdateGraphOptions method
