Improved the support for dragging and dropping images from a website, now also parsing HTML img src information, to be able to download that image. For this we need the HtmlAgilityPack.dll (#294) 
Removed a lot of dead code, and remove the old OCR code as we don't even know if it still works.

Improve DPI support (#254) 
* Improving the DPI handling for most forms, there are still issues with:
* the AboutForm.Designer.cs where the title with the version scales differently.
* the destination picker doesn't seem to scale the font correctly.
Some parts are not tested yet...

* Solved the issue with the destination picker font, and some other small issues.
There still is an issue when using Powertoys (the feature which is experimental), that the capture is somehow skipping.

eefdf2b2eb Tried to use Greenshot from Wine, and found that the user32.dll GetPhysicalCursorPos entry point is not supported, although I don't know if this is just the tip of the iceberg I though I would see what happens if we just ignore that call if an exception occurs. 502abed36a Added SafeHandles, see here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/bclteam/archive/2005/03/15/396335.aspx to some of the Greenshot code. Not all possible handles have been converted, this should be done to prevent more possible memory/resource leaks.

67db97b13f Refactored the zoomForm to a zoomControl, with this we can prevent mouse events to happen. Also the current state seems to work very well, even with a larger size.

15d5bb58e4 Fixes: Catching an outlook exception that can be ignored. Making sure that the window to be captured is active, so the colors are right. Also a little cleanup, and added FindWindow to the User32.cs so we can use this to find Metro (Modern UI) applications, this still needs to be added to the WindowsHelper.cs

197d46c9b9 Fixed a potential issue with GetWindowLong, using a wrapper which decides upon the IntPtr size which call needs to be made. 
Fixed the corner cut to work with a CreateRoundRectRgn, but made if it cuts configurable so people can turn it off.
Added a CountColor method to ImageHelper.cs, which should be used to check if PrintWindow functions properly.
