8980a505b1 Changed the EmailDestination to work if Outlook is installed as MAPI client but the Outlook plugin is not installed. Also made some progress on the MAPI Recipient properties, but this still doesn't work.

f5e9618cd2 Turned on the code for the Greenshot file format, hat to refactor the ImageOutput to accept an ISurface so we could wait to export it to an image until the last moment or save the surace-image & serialize the elements.

4be78dddd4 Some small fixes for bugs which showed up while using the current version. In this case there was an issue with the ExportInfomation passing, an export to Outlook wasn't reported as done causing the destination picker to show again after the export.

be797ecf8a Extended the ExportCapture with ExportInformation as a result object, this allows us to better and more consistently return & handle information from the export. Also it should be easier to extend the functionality. TODO: Still need to cleanup some messages, some are no longer needed

e5fd88ebd3 Refactoring: created a OutputSettings class to contain all the output settings for writing files. Default the settings are loaded from the configuration, in a later version it will be possible to have separate settings for every destination and these can be configured at one place... the settings form.

eb616472c4 Changed IDestination, added a manuallyInitiated so the destination can change its behavior depending on the flag. An example use-case would be the word exporter: if the flag is false, which it would be if the word destination is set as THE destination, it would add to the current document if one is available otherwise create a new. This makes it possible to have a kind of session behavior.

4b3f7ba0a5 Refactored the ini code to be more "OO", making it possible to reset a value which was needed to implement an auto-repair for certain settings. This was intiated by Bug #3509754, which hat the reason that somehow the Hotkey name was corrupt.

be0569bb21 Improved differentiating office icons, the actual application has a different icon as the "document". For Outlook this is even different for the email & meeting.
