Subject: [PATCH] Addition of image search tool PimEyes

Addition of https://pimeyes.com

Quite efficient but a paid service. Yet a free search will return the start of the URL in results and therefore can help quite a lot.

I found it more efficient than Yandex.

Careful when not using safe search ;-)
