* p

* Missed the prefix renames.

* More missed ones.

* Mostly finished cleanup.
Removed a few CVars and some related functionality.

* Bit more (prepping non-existent title card color editing).

* Resolve gCrowdControl.

* Final cleanup.

* Universal constant, not acceleration...

* Preset CVars.
