* Shuffle 100 token reward

* Add 100 token hint

* 100 GS Shuffle: Fix name inconsistency

* Add 10 tokens to plentiful pool

* Ganon's Boss Key on 100 GS Reward

* Golden Skull Token -> Gold Skulltula Token

* Properly disable 100 GS reward shuffle check box

* Use enums for 100 GS shuffle

* Fix mismatched LUS

* Fix CVar calls

* ADD: French translation

* Only add extra tokens in Tokensanity
