iso15: add support for slow and 2SC to GetIso15693AnswerFromTag()

Allow running raw iso15 cmd expecting slow and/or dual subcarriers
answers. E.g. sending slow 2SC inventory ("hf 15 raw -c -d 250100") is
now working.
